Terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions apply to any order placed by you and any supply of goods
by us to you.
Conformation and placing of your order.
When placing an order, you are required to provide us with the following information:
Your name, billing address, delivery address, email address for confirmation of the order
and a telephone contact number. This information is used for delivery, and billing
purposes and to enable us to fulfil your order.
Payments
After you place an order and paid a 50% deposit including VAT, you will receive
confirmation by email.
The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery.
How to pay
You can only pay for goods using a debit card, credit card, bacs, PayPal, Apple Pay,
Amazon Pay and personal finance. We accept the following cards: MasterCard, Visa.
Cancellations
To cancel your order email us to confirm the cancellation within 14 days of placing the
order for a full refund ,after the 14 days a charge of 50 per cent of the tents price may
be held if unable to cancel the order with the manufacturer ,until the product is resold
when we would refund the full payment made minus a storage fee of £10 per tent per
week.
Return and refund
You may return your order and receive a refund on the Goods purchased if you notify us
within 14 days of receiving the goods. Return postage paid by you, we do not refund the
original delivery charge paid.
You will receive a full refund once the goods returned have been inspected for any
damage, With the exception of any bespoke items purchased, that are not refundable.
On returned tents you will receive a 50 per cent refund of the tents purchase price, the
remainder will be held until the product is resold when we would refund the full payment
made minus any losses incurred at the time of resale, and a storage fee of £10 per tent
per week will be charged.
However, this cancellation right does not apply in the case of any goods that have been
left in damp or wet conditions. unboxed and used or previously assembled. Any
unwanted Goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition, which includes being
in the original, undamaged packaging. Once we have approved the condition of your
returned goods, we will aim to refund you within 14 working days. You will be
responsible for any postage fees incurred as a result of returning unwanted,
undamaged goods, as well as ensuring that the goods returned are not lost or damaged
in transit. We will not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to
us.
All returned items will be checked for damage, we retain the right to refuse a refund on
any item deemed unsuitable for resale following the checks.
If goods are found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery you are advised to take
pictures of the damage or defects and to contact us immediately. All products must be
inspected within 14 working days of delivery. We will at our discretion, deliver
replacement goods or refund the purchase price. lf you are returning any faulty or
damaged goods, we will arrange for the shipping back to us.
Delivery is complete once the goods have been unloaded at the address provided for
delivery, Once delivery is accepted the goods will become your responsibility.
If delivery fails because someone is unavailable to accept delivery, or you have supplied
an incorrect delivery address, you will be charged in full for re-delivery, even if delivery
was originally offered free or at a discounted rate. If you fail to take delivery within 28
days after the day on which we notified you that the goods were ready for delivery it
may result in the resell of part or all the goods and after deducting any reasonable
storage and selling costs. We will refund the remaining balance.

Manufacturer’s guarantee
For the avoidance of doubt, goods are not sold with a guarantee.
We only warranty our tents that have been installed by us or our representatives.
We provide a warranty from the delivery date for a period of 12 months. The goods shall
conform with their description, and be free from material defects in design, material and
workmanship, you give us notice in writing within 14 days of discovery that some or all
of the goods do not comply with the warranty, we are given a reasonable opportunity of
examining the goods, and if we ask you to do so, you return the Goods to us, for which
we will arrange shipping at our cost, we will, at our option, repair or replace the
defective goods, or refund the price of the defective goods in full. If you do not make
any further use of the goods after giving us notice or the defect arises as a result of us
following any drawing, design or specification supplied by you. The defect arises as a
result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, and damage transpired from hostile
environments (this includes bad and extreme weather conditions wind over 100km an
hour– the weather tolerances of all of our tents are specified on our website and we will
not be liable if you use a tent in conditions that exceed those tolerances. Negligence, or
abnormal storage, maintenance or working conditions. Or the goods differ from their
description or specification as a result of changes made to ensure they comply with
applicable statutory or regulatory requirements. Please note that our warranty does not
cover goods that are classified as semi-permanent structures. A tent becomes a
semi-permanent structure after 28 days of consecutive use and it is therefore no longer
being used for the purpose that it was originally sold for (i.e. camping).

We have used reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information contained on this

The Company reserves the right to change descriptions without notice.
All drawings, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued by the Company

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for, death or personal injury
caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of the terms
implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title and quiet possession) or any
other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
We will under no circumstances be liable to you for,
any loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue, loss or corruption of data, information or
software, loss of business opportunity, loss of anticipated earnings and any indirect or
consequential loss.
Please note that this also applies to any reliance placed on the contents, privacy
policies and procedures from our website, including any links to other websites.
Our total liability to you for all losses arising under or in connection with the Contract will
in no circumstances exceed the price of the goods provided.
Please note that we accept no responsibility for the use or misuse of stoves that you
may fit. If fitted you should only use stoves inside fire-retardant or breathable fabric
tents that are well ventilated, and have the correct flue (chimney) installed by a
Hetas-registered fitter. You should never leave a stove unattended, especially around
children or pets. When in use, stoves should always be placed on a heat and fireproof
mat.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, we do not give any representations,
warranties or undertakings in relation to the goods. Any representation, condition or
warranty which might be implied or incorporated into these Terms by statute, common
law or otherwise is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. In particular, we will
